With a rapidly changing technology environment it was challenging to keep up and be confident that we were doing everything we could to fuel our growth going forward and stay ahead of the competition.

Through the years of building and managing our own companies, we sat through countless pitches from service providers who were too busy selling features to look at the big picture and help us form a cohesive strategy. While finding the best individual service partners was important, making sure they were working off a common overall plan was critical. It was also difficult to know who we could really trust, not only in the short run, but over the long haul. When we created KeenView, we wanted to share with other business owners and executives the lessons we had learned and the partners we had vetted.
